These services are available to all residents and may include:
- Orientation about available services at the Center
- Labor market information, such as what occupations are in demand
- Job search skills information (How to conduct a job search)
- Placement Assistance
- Resume writing information
- Job vacancy listings
- Access to computers/word processors for resume and cover letter writing
- Fax machine to send resumes
- Copier machine for resume distribution
- High speed internet access to search for jobs on the world-wide web
- Financial aid information

| Intensive Services |
Residents unable to obtain employment may also access Intensive Services, depending on individual circumstances, eligibility requirements, and local area funding constraints. Other services available are:
- Comprehensive assessments and diagnostic testing
- Individual career advisement and employment plans
- Individual and group career counseling
- Short-term pre-vocational services

For targeted individuals who have received intensive services and who are still unable to obtain or retain employment, Training Services may be available, depending on eligibility requirements and local funding constraints:
- Occupational skills training
- On-the-job training
- Skill upgrading and retraining
- Entrepreneurial training
- Job readiness skill development
- Adult education and literacy services
- Customized training
